Slowly “tomorrow” becomes an unspecified day in the future while your gym membership card is able to accumulate more dust than a mop.
Accepting our body is a must for us. We need to know how important it is and how we should value it.
There are instances that we felt that we are too ugly, fat, dirty, and unworthy of praise, but we should set our mind into positive thoughts. Accepting our body whatever it is will boost our self-esteem, let us gain more friends, and believe on what we can do. There are two types of people who hated their body. First, are those who are skinny and wanted to get fat and gain weight and the second one, are those fat people who can’t lose weight. Let’s give them a piece of advice.
When I was a little girl, I’ve always wanted to learn how to play volleyball. However, I was never any good at it. I was always the last girl to be picked by any team, and I have never been called to play on the beach. I didn’t like it, I didn’t see a point in it. Besides, out of all the sports that involve a ball, I’ve always preferred playing football. Nevertheless, that was a boys sport, and boys did not want you to play with them.
